We understand that you want a quick and efficient response to your requests. To improve our service delivery to you, we are introducing our Premier Account Management team who will be handling your account going forward, with the aim of delivering a fast response to your requests.

Instead of a single Account Manager, you will now have a team of six enthusiastic Account Managers, who will be a central point of contact, ensuring you always have someone to contact.
