Logging requests going forwards

Redcentric are committed to ensuring that all modes of communication are available to our customers, please see below for details:

1. SMAX Service Portal

Using the Service Portal will enable you to receive much quicker responses to your requests, rather than having to wait for an email to be manually processed.

If you do not already have a Service Portal account, we recommend you self register for an account here.

If you would like receive a demo of the SMAX Service Portal, you can book a session using this link and a member of the team will walk you through how to make best use of the portal and answer any queries you may have.

2. Auto email processing

To support the shutdown of this mailbox and ensure existing communication channels are still supported, we have developed new functionality within SMAX which allows you to email the portal directly to log a new request. This will be enabled from Friday 15th March.

To make the most of this functionality, you simply need to email serviceportal@redcentricplc.com and prefix your email title with NEW REQUEST. Please ensure you also provide as much information as possible about the issue you are facing, as well as any relevant attachments. This information is also available on our Company Website here. 3. Phone

Our team are on hand 24×7, if you need to log an urgent request, we recommend you call 0345 1207070 and speak to our Service Desk who will log the request and hand this over to the correct team.
